Independent Options

Hello everyone and welcome to our web page – we are a voluntary group for young people and adults with learning disabilities. We have many activities, including learning basic skills such as cookery - we also have many ways in which we can offer one to one support and also group assistance.

Young People are usually referred to Independent Options through a social worker.
